// Huntar // UK Tour // Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen // 20-11-18 //

My second time seeing Huntar happened to be in the exact same venue and in the exact same spot that I stood in to see him about a year and a half ago. Despite the slow growth in fanbase, Huntar had definitely grown as an artist and round two of seeing him was even better than the first. This time around he performed some unreleased music off of his upcoming album and his drummer, Cameron had a full kit instead of a beat pad. It made one hell of a difference to the live sound!

I absolutely love the Hoxton Square venue, where you don’t realise how many people can squeeze in until you take a look back at the crowd, and Huntar really does know how to sell out a show! His vocals are amazing and his crowd interactions were frequent, even fans who decided to hang near the back felt involved. For a small venue, the visuals were great, especially the green lights which made Huntar’s performance of ‘Carousel’ so much more electrifying. The passion is really there and Huntar gets so into his own songs, the energy was contagious and the crowd definitely caught some air from jumping so high. Huntar even stuck around to meet fans after the show and although another tour isn’t in the works just yet, with the release of his album coming soon I’m sure there will be plenty of chances to see him!
