With almost half a billion Spotify plays on 2018 single ‘3 Nights’ and collaborations with Halsey, Omar Apollo and Brockhampton’s Kevin Abstract, it’s fair to say Florida born musician Dominic Fike has had an eventful couple of years since he began sharing music online in 2017.

Now, in 2020, the 24 year old has just released 14 track debut album, ‘What Could Possibly Go Wrong’, under huge international music label, Columbia Records. The project, which was over two years in the making, features two lead singles, feel good ‘Chicken Tenders’ and transitional ‘Politics & Violence”.

Currently residing in Los Angeles, Fike continues to be heavily involved in the songwriting and production (with Good Game being solely written, performed and produced by Fike), which has allowed the musician to further enhance his unique sound and production style. With so many influences and blends across genres the best way to describe this project would be alternative and experimental, with an almost grungy vibe that is guaranteed to get stuck in your head.

Taking to Instagram to show gratitude toward his listeners, Fike stated  “I literally got my moms outta jail and into a crib, my sister can go to college and my brother wears Gucci now but most importantly I don’t have to work for a living I will always do this for fun and for y’all” underneath a video about the debut.
